In order to be a part of Valley Even Start, families:

• must be residents of Ansonia, Derby, Monroe, Seymour, or Shelton
• must be in need of English As A Second Language classes or a high school diploma
• must have at least one child age 3-5 enrolled at TEAM Early Education or in kindergarten in Ansonia, Derby, Seymour or Shelton
• must participate in all five program components.

Your family must commit to classes Mondays through Fridays, 20 hours a week.

A monthly home visit will be conducted by the Valley Even Start Parent Educator and will be an enjoyable hour of sharing books, ideas, and fun activities.
